Original Pickle Juice is made from a base of vinegar which is then infused for 12 weeks with sliced cucumbers, mustard seeds, fennel fronds, turmeric, celery leaf, salt and a bit of sugar to help with the pickling process. Leaving it for this amount of time allows all of the flavour from inside the cucumbers to really mellow out the acidity of the vinegar, leaving a smooth, elegant umami flavour
