Salsa Green, Verde
A medium spicy, chunky, tomatillo-based salsa verde. Tomatillos give this salsa a brighter, tarter taste than a tomato-based salsa. Good on Mexican dishes such as enchiladas, tacos, tostadas, sopes, tamales, with eggs of course, and in a bowl as a dip for chips/totopos (double the fun serve a bowl of this alongside a bowl of red salsa).
