Grilled Pork Skewers

Ingredients 

1 lb pork belly, 1/4” slices
2 Concentrated Nước Chấm packets
3 tbsp grated garlic
3 tbsp grated shallots
1 tbsp crushed peanuts


Directions

  1. Mix together pork, garlic, shallots, and 1 Nước Chấm packet. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Thread pork onto skewers.
  3. Grill skewers until caramelized, 20-25 minutes.
  4. Make the peanut nước chấm: Mix together crushed peanuts, 1 Nước Chấm packet, and 1/4 cup water.
  5. Serve pork skewers with peanut nước chấm alongside rice or rice noodles.
