Grilled Black Garlic Chicken



  1. Pre-heat barbecue to medium heat.

  2. In a large bowl, season chicken pieces liberally with salt and pepper, tossing to evenly coat. Set aside.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, black garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey, hoisin sauce, and Gochugaru. Pour over chicken pieces and toss to coat well.

  4. Grill at medium heat for 20 - 30 minutes.
