Chilaquiles with Black Mole


  • Ground Black Mole, mixed to proportion with 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of water/broth
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Cooked and shredded Chicken
  • Cream
  • Grated cheese
  • Chopped onion and cilantro
  • Salsa or hot sauce of your choice


  1. In the blender, blend Black Mole Powder with water
  2. Pour into a pot with the remaining 2 cups of water
  3. Let boil until it thickens
  4. Arrange tortilla chips on a plate and pour Mole on top
  5. Cover with shredded chicken, cream, grated cheese, chopped green onions and cilantro
  6. Serve immediately to maintain the crunch of the tortilla chips
